Knives J.J. Martinez started writing their history since the 1950s. Juan José Martínez worked in various companies until 1951, when he started working under his own name, producing penknives and knives according to traditional methods and quality standards of the classic Spanish penknife. Every piece of the penknife is made traditionally, from the blade to the handle. The knife is cut, developed and tempered with great care. The handle is made after a selection of materials such as, among others, cow horn, deer horn and wood, always with the assumption of perfect adaptation to the penknife. The use of nickel silver, brass or steel gives the piece the final and most exclusive touch that only the hands of the craftsman know.
