Limited Edition - A chef's knife with a detailed engraving on the blade, depicting the botanical diversity of Italy, celebrates special moments in life.

The harmony of the premium quality blade with the handle made of genuine Calabrian olive wood presents the beauty of nature and design, while the slim half head ensures perfect balance.

The elegant, distinctive grain of Calabrian olive wood creates a unique pattern on each handle, meaning no two handles are alike. Olive trees grow slowly, have strong wood and are naturally water-repellent and antibacterial. Each olive handle is hand-finished and joined with color-coordinated brass rivets, which combine the functional properties of wood with its irresistible appearance.

WÜSTHOF steel with a special composition and high carbon content is exceptionally hard, durable and resistant to corrosion. Each blade is shaped with millimeter precision, then hand-sharpened and polished.

The blade design is the work of the famous Italian engraver Dario Cortini. A unique engraving, a tribute to Italy's natural botanical diversity, was applied to the blades of this limited edition under his direction at the world-renowned Bottega Incisioni C. Giovanelli.
